Existential therapy addresses the underlying causes of psychological suffering. It guides a person on the path of self-discovery and growth by exploring and fulfilling the Core Needs, thus eliminating feelings of anxiety, stagnation, isolation, or aimlessness.
Couples Counseling helps to resolve interpersonal conflicts and improve relationships, offering a safe space for open communication, fostering deeper emotional intimacy, and strengthening the bond between partners. Pre-marital and marital counseling is available.
Coaching helps people to achieve meaningful goals by enhancing self-confidence and equipping individuals with valuable skills to overcome obstacles. It provides a structured and supportive environment for clarifying aspirations and improving decision-making abilities.

Existential Holistic Psychotherapy
Existential Holistic Therapy represents a transformative approach to mental health that delves into the depths of human existence. Grounded in existential philosophy, this therapeutic model goes beyond traditional methods by exploring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. It recognizes the profound impact of one's unique life experiences and existential concerns, fostering a deep understanding of the individual's authentic self. Drawing from various perspectives in psychology and philosophy, existential holistic therapy seeks to guide individuals toward a more profound self-awareness and a meaningful engagement with the complexities of their existence.
The Existential Congruence Theory
The Existential Congruence Theory (ECT) is an integrated framework of existential cause and treatment of mental health disorders. It combines psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic concepts to promote holistic wellness and fulfilling life. This integrative approach enables individuals to explore the depths of their existence, examine the underlying factors contributing to mental health challenges, and develop strategies for achieving congruence between their authentic selves and the world around them. In embracing the richness of psychodynamic insights, the practicality of cognitive-behavioral techniques, and the humanistic emphasis on personal growth, ECT offers a nuanced and versatile framework for psychotherapy.
